Early Childhood Education is designed for high school students interested in working with people of all ages and abilities in the field of Education and Human Services.
This is a hands-on class that will engage students in acquiring the knowledge and practical experience needed for the development of job competencies through both classroom and laboratory learning experiences. Classroom instruction includes Child Development Practices and Theory, Human Development, Philosophy of Education, Special Education, Multiculturalism, and Employment & Life Skills.
